Short answer
For support, email support@quickcalo.app. If you are reporting a bug, including your phone model, the app version and a screenshot helps us solve it faster. Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so please start with your store's subscription settings.
How can I reach QuickCalo?
You can reach QuickCalo by emailing support@quickcalo.app. Use the same address for questions, suggestions, bug reports and privacy requests; you can write in English or Turkish.
What should I include in a bug report?
When reporting a bug, include your device, the app version and, if possible, a screenshot; these details help us find the problem much faster.
- Device: Phone model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 13, iOS 18 or Samsung Galaxy A54, Android 14).
- App version: The QuickCalo version shown in your phone's app info settings; if you are not sure, tell us when you last updated the app.
- Screenshot: The screen that shows the error or the wrong result.
- What happened: What you were trying to do and what you expected. If you are reporting a wrong calorie estimate, include the food name and portion.
Where do I go with subscription and refund questions?
Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so please start with your store's subscription settings: Apple or Google Play. If Premium does not unlock after a purchase, first try Settings > "Restore Purchases" in the app, then email us if the problem continues.
